Cardinal Wellness is a free program that sets the stage for families to engage in physical activity, learn about nutritious food preparation, and participate in nutrition and fitness assessments. The program provides a safe and convenient place to exercise with child supervision at no cost.
Programs are offered Mondays and Thursdays at 1010 E. Centennial Ave, Muncie, IN 47303 from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
